My elderly Shiba has always expects a chew at bedtime to tire him out. He lost a couple teeth due to his bad habit of playing with small rocks. He can’t chew rawhide without him getting frustrated with them not softening up fast enough. Then he started trying to swallow the rawhide’s. These are a great replacement to keep him actively chewing. The length and thickness are perfect for him to finish before bed. Great price in the triple pack. Also he hasn’t had any digestive issues like some of the other chews we have tried.

I've been buying this product for a while and my dog's love it. If they have a choice of this or a bully stick they take the tendon's every time. They do appear to splinter but it's not like these are pieces of glass. The dogs chew them with no problem. I have 3 dogs all in the 60 lb range. The bigger tendon's (10 inch) are a little big so I was holding them at the edge of my counter and snapping them in half. These 6 inch ones save me a step.
