theyre ok. maybe my shoes are too tight but when i try and put my heel in the pads fall off. but they are cushiony and comfortable. dont know what youre supposed to get from this review. at least they will stay up when youre already in the shoe

Really didn’t enhance the fit of any flats at the heel

These work really nicely to pad the backside of my work flats. I noticed they were rubbing the back of my feet raw so to avoid any blisters, I got these in hopes that they would help fill out my shoes along with providing me relief. I was surprised at how well they bend to fit the back of the shoe and the adhesive power. I was worried they were going to loose their stickiness but they haven't yet! It's only been one work day though, so I'll have to update as time goes on, but for now I recommend if you need something cushy and protective!

I picked these for my favorite flats. They are a slightly stretchy fabric and have loosened up over time.These work just as they are supposed to, nothing flashy or exciting, they just do the job.I was concerned that they wouldn't stay on, since the shoes are a bit floppy, but there has been no problem.They are pretty firm, so if you are expecting something soft or squishy, this isn't it.
