Can you buy more filters?

I haven't seen them but we just clean ours with warm soapy water after each use. Maybe need to contact snufflebabe direct if you need a new filter.

Is this better than nosefrida?

I don't know if it's better than nosefrida, as I have never used it, but in my opinion, Snufflebabe is really good! We would have been lost without it! When my little girl was able to talk, she would actually ask us to use the snot sucker. Afterwards she would say "better" It was an absolute godsend! but don't know if it's better that nosefrida.

Can the bit that goes near the nose be sterilised in the microwave or boiled?

The box says to use a cold water sterilising solution only as it is not suitable for boiling or steam sterilising.
