Amazing views of the moon but limit your expectations
This is not a cheap telescope. The build quality is undeniable. It comes well packaged and only requires basic assembly as well as alignment and all the tools required are included. The star sense app makes it so user friendly that my four year old who can not read yet can pretty much make great use of it and if you can read it is incredible, I still can not believe that it is included for free.Reason I give it three stars is because besides the moon nothing else seems clear. We tried looking at Jupiter, Venus and Mars and they just look like distant stars even with an additional 2x Barlow lens and 6mm eye piece. The stars were a waste of time in my opinion because they just look like bigger lights than you would see with your naked eye.We took it on a glamming trip in the country side to escape the light pollution and ended up looking at the sheep instead and even this was a little awkward because they appear upside down. Also worth mentioning, the weather conditions in the north of England make it difficult to get regular clear skies and in the cold weather be advised that your breath will constantly steam up the eye pieces.I can not recommend because I do not see the value for money in this.

Not fit for purpose.
So disappointed with this telescope. After setting it all up then having to wait a week for it to stop raining and the sky be clear enough to see the stars, I ventured outside and tried to view some of the larger planets. Sadly the planets looked smaller through the telescope than they did with the naked eye. Despite the website sales pitch stating I would be able to see the rings of Saturn and Jupiters Moons, all I saw was a tiny pin prick of light that was smaller than when I just looked up at the night sky. Returned for a refund.
