Broke on First use

This is the cheapest version of a product I have bought for about 3 years. Really down graded. The on/off mechanism broke on the very first use. The filter sock is also very flimsy. Absolutely terrible remake of a good product. How can I choose a "star rating." This doesn't even deserve one star! But in order to submit a complaint, I have to give it one star. What a fraudulent rating system.
