I'd tried several urolithin a products before this one, with varying levels of success.One was effective but far too expensive and unsustainable. And the other two were useless. In fact, I'm not at all convinced there was any urolithin a in the capsules at all, such was the discrepancy between them and the effective (but pricey) brand.Neurogan's urolithin a is reasonably priced and very effective. I suffer from a mitochondrial disorder, which stubbornly resists most of my attempts to treat it. As a result I'm generally cynical when it comes to trying new stuff, but I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It's not a cure, but it's made my life easier by providing a significant boost to get me through the day.

I like this supplement because I feel more energy during the day and is third party tested.

The bottle was not sealed. The plastic shrink wrap was below the cap. The inner liner was to protect the capsules was not secure. There was a generous amount of cotton in the bottle.

Don't expect to notice an immediate change. The long term effect is also not that easy to ascertain because you really don't know how you would feel without taking it. With age come lots of little diminishing capabilities and aches. However, I have used Neurogan products for a long time and their products are always of high quality (I only use neurogan and thorne reserach for supplements). Therefore I absolutely recommend this supplement and am looking forward to sniffing out the benefits after consistent long term use.

Urolithin A comes from pomegranate seeds and is very beneficial for our mitochondria. In order to get 700mg of it, you would have to consume alot of pomegranates. With just one capsule you get it easily on a daily basis. Neurogan has made it possible to make it affordable and accessible for those who wish to improve their health.

This is one of those supplements that it's hard to determine if it's "working" but I like this brand and I think there is major benefit to urolithin a if it actually absorbs.
