works, deltaT about 37 C at 4 A
It works but I did not measure the advertised numbers. With one TEC module mounted with silicone grease on a 2" x 1/2" x 36" aluminum bar as a heatsink, driving the TEC with 4.0 A at 11.8 V the insulated cold face of the TEC module dropped (briefly) to -14 C while the warm side heatsink had started around 21 C, and it increased only 2 C in the first 20 seconds or so. So the maximum delta-T I could achieve in practice is 37 C, and that is with no external thermal load. Note that is dissipating 4*11.8 = 47.2W so you want a pretty big heatsink for it not to warm up much while handling that heat flow. Reversing the current polarity and going in the opposite direction I could easily get over 110 C but I stopped there, because I don't know where damage to the TEC will start. At smaller currents, 0.5 A at 1.61 V dropped the cold side by 11 C, with no external thermal load.

Doesn’t work, or printed wrong side
My cooler turns on and fan runs now, except it gets hotter inside the cooler than house ambient temp by 20 degrees! I’m going to try to install it backwards, figured the f*€*ing Chinese printed the wrong side. This product sucks, DO NOT BUY IT.
