Will this pair with a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra ?

Typing this with the K06. I have a S20+5g, works well. I'm sure it will pair to the Ultra just as easily. And the touchpad actually causes a cursor to pop up when you use it, very nice!

Can it be paired to multiple devices or only 1?

If you're asking if you can pair it simultaneously to control multiple devices at once, no it can't. But you can pair it monogamously with as many devices as you want. Full swap

Is that lithium battery?

Yes, the bluetooth keyboard has 1 Lithium Ion battery.

How is its usability compared to Rii i4?

Better. It's sturdy compact and reliable
