This stud installer works great and is holding up well in a professional capacity, so the durability is defiantly there. I have used it with both electric and pneumatic impact tools and have encountered no problems installing new wheel studs. The perfect size to do a good variety of studs and is compact enough to not take up a ton of valuable toolbox space. the finish on this product is good and has held up well to being exposed to snow and salt working on vehicles in the northeast

I was using this to replace broken wheel bolts, and they did the job nicely. Actually, I don't know how I was to attach the replacement bolts without this spacer. Do keep in mind that you will require a very high torque tool along with this spacer, and a nut to properly seat the new wheel bolt.

This tool made replacing wheel studs on my 2014 Subaru Forester so much easier. Iām not a mechanic, but with this installer I was able to press in all five new studs by hand ā no impact wrench needed. It fits snugly, spins smoothly, and protects the threads. I paired it with a basic ratchet and some lubrication, and the process was quick and safe. Highly recommend for anyone doing their own stud replacements. It saves time, effort, and prevents damage ā worth every penny!

This was cheap and it did work but it did break before I was finished Installing all my replacement studs in my GMC it did about 15 or so before it broke I even lubricated it before using it so it would last but still failed. So great for little jobs with just a few studs to replace but not for more than say 5-10
