Good quality no fishy after taste

Too BIIG to swallow

For 60p, you get 665mg of EPA and DHA per capsule, and this will last for 50 days at one daily dose. These capsules are excellent for dosage, but are about 3x more expensive than my go-to brand for a similar dosage. My previous go-to omega 3 supplement offers 600mg of omega 3 for 20p/capsule so, naturally, I will not switch to this brand for the foreseeable future. For myself, I take four capsules per day, which is a total daily cost of just £2.40p, compared to my current/previous go-to brand which costs 80p/day. These capsules are good quality, firm and have no fishy taste at all, which is a good sign of a quality brand. I really have nothing bad that I can say at all about the product itself or the dosage - the product is excellent, but the price is just way too high for me.

This is a very high quality fish oil providing high quantities of EPA and DHA. The fish oil is clean and comes with Friend of the Sea certification and it's really good to know that this had high quality oil without any contamination. It is a 50 day supply if you take one capsule a day but you can take up to three depending on your needs. I find that it provides great anti-inflammatory benefits and it is really helpful for brain and cognitive health as well. It is higher priced but it provides premium quality clean ingredients with no fillers which gives me the confidence to take this. Overall this is a very high quality supplement.

I give these a rating of 5 stars. I just want to point out that each capsule is rather large. I don't have any trouble swallowing large tablets like these, but if you do, you should probably go elsewhere for your omega 3 because they are not for you. Also, after taking the pill, you will be burping and getting that fishy taste in your mouth. This is something that doesn't bother me either because almost every single brand of omega-fish oil capsules gives me the same same experience in terms of burping and the fishy flavour.
