I’m sorry, not sure. I do Perfect Match (Le Chat) bottles and they fit beautifully. If you’re familiar with the brand, I hope the reference helps.

Q: Does the nail polish comes with it

No it does not come with the nail polish but I do still love mine though. Makes it 100x easier to pick out a color for my nails.

Q: Does this fit Smith & Cult bottles?

No it will not hold Smith & Cult polishes. I received the case today and I have to return it because the sides will not close with the Smith & cult bottles in the case.
