I love these. Shameless Snacks Chili Mango is a genuinely unique, addictive flavor — sweet, tangy, spicy in just the right way. It scratches a very specific craving that nothing else really touches. A few important truths for potential buyers: • This is weapon-grade fiber. • These snacks are not a “light little treat” for the uninitiated. • The digestive effects are… thorough. They absolutely keep things moving (which I personally appreciate), but be warned: the resulting gas is potent. My husband has jokingly threatened to leave me over the fallout, and honestly, I understand his position. Also worth noting: I can’t eat these too late in the evening or I’ll get heartburn — totally manageable, just something to be aware of. All that said? Zero regrets. I still buy them. I still eat them. I still recommend them. If you love bold flavors, can handle fiber like a grown adult, and don’t mind living a little dangerously — these are fantastic. Just… maybe don’t eat them right before bed or date night.

I’ve tried several of the Shameless Snack flavors and most all of them are delicious BUT in regards to Chili Mango Fire there is a strong kerosene-like flavor. I’m not sure if it is what is supposed to be the chili flavor or the mango flavor that is giving the kerosene, but it is awful. I love spicy food and was really looking forward to the sweet-spicy combination, but these are inedible.

These are very good , tasty and smell delicious too. Love they are low carb, and high in fiber.

The taste is outstanding. Ok... you'll enjoy this if you're not a purist and you don't mind processed garbage - this is still "junk food," touted as something healthy. It is a calorie budgeter's, Sugar avoider's junk food. But still that's what it is. Much of the fiber is added synthetic/isolated fiber (polydextrose & resistant maltodextrin). Contains sugar alcohols (erythritol, isomalt) which can cause gastrointestinal discomfort (bloating, gas, laxative effect) in sensitive individuals. Although low sugar/net carbs, still a processed snack, not the same as eating whole-food fiber sources. Some “natural flavors” and other additives. “High processing concern” per the EWG. Fiber that high in one snack may be too much too fast for some people’s digestive systems, and they taste like candy - a whole pack might be too much at once and they'd be easy to ober indulge. And its not a whole foods fiber. I'm not saying don't eat these delicious critters, but know what your eating and don't fall for the marketing scam of "healthy." It's an indulgence.

These are the best Shameless gummies ever! If you like hot and sweet together, then you will LOVE these. They are sooooooo good! I have tried the other’s, but there are only two flavors that I will buy again. The Mango Chili and the So Beary Cherry. Unfortunately the Mango Chili is currently unavailable. Please bring it back!!
