Their response time to Emails started with days, then moved to 1-2 weeks and then they just stopped responding. They eventually sent me a return label (and yes the return was free), but now two weeks since the return was confirmed to have arrived at their premises they neither contacted us nor responded to our contact. Now it is two months since the case was open and I have no intention to keep waiting or trying claiming refund from the credit card on the buyer protection scheme. In summary, avoid the company as the device is too expensive to accept no warranty whatsoever and the build quality seems to be fairly average. To add insult to the injury, latest app updates removed capabilities and led to freezes in operation.
