This watch has excellent features that are important when you have children. You can track them with GPS, which is remarkably accurate. You can video call them and text them. You can take remote pictures from the watch camera to see what is happening around them and contact the watch to hear what is happening around them. You can set up safety zones that alert you if your child leaves the designated areas. It is even waterproof (confirmed when my daughter put the watch in a rain puddle). You can control who your child is texting or calling and monitor those communications. There is an SOS function that is easy to use, and the child can call the designated contacts with the press of a single button to alert them to any danger. There is also a Find My Watch feature to locate the watch if the child loses it. You also get assistance from an employee with setting up the SIM card to be on the correct network to allow for calls and texts. I am happy with my purchase!!

This watch worked well for 9 months…until it just didnt. We didn’t even get a year out of it until it just went black and never turned on again. Can’t figure out how to contact the company for assistance.EDIT: Company reached out. First message offered a full refund. When I responded to agree to it, they then said they wouldnt give me a refund but would replace the watch. I already bought a new watch. When I asked why they offered the refund to begin with they said it was an automated message. What?!

Works as advertisedEasy to set up and use.

Upon receiving the watch, customer service promptly proactively messaged me to set up the watch's APN (the network configuration that the watch needs to have to connect to the Internet through your provider’s network). Detailed instructions are also enclosed within the watch's packaging, including tweezers to assist in inserting a nano SIM card. I purchased the SpeedTalk smartwatch SIM from Amazon which autorenews at $5/month for 50 minutes, 100 texts, & 100MB of data. It was relatively easy to insert & activate. It remains to be seen if this plan will be sufficient, but for our purposes I anticipate it will be. The watch will serve primarily a safety purpose for us to monitor & interact with our 10-year-old daughter when she is not within our vicinity without having to get her a cellphone which we are not quite ready to do. Otherwise, the plan can be updated. The watch will be given as a Christmas gift, but I've already tested its ability to send/receive texts & phone calls which works quite well. The video chat also works well, albeit the connection, at least initially, was a bit slow. The GPS tracking is relatively accurate & can be manually updated in intervals as small as every minute. I should also mention that the tracker app installed easily on my android phone. I very much like my ability to add/remove contacts & power the watch on/off from my device via the app. The watch is attractive & lightweight & the touch screen is fairly easy to use. I'll update this review once my daughter has the opportunity to use the watch, but so far so good.

We bought this product over a year ago. I didn't get around to setting up until recently. We misplaced the charger and I got around to ordering one on AliExpress since I couldnt find a matching one here. It didn't charge. I have no idea if it works. I bought a chip.. but not sure if I need to purchase mini screw driver to install.. I was hoping It will power on if there was a chip. I wish I could access setup and care instructions online, and order replacement power cords directly from the same company that offers this product on Amazon so I can be sure everything works as it should. I've never been able to power this on. I'm willing to work with someone to make this one work. I really would like to leave a better review 😕 but for now... I have a useless item floating on our charging table.

The product is solid and well built. Their customer service is also very good. The calling and texting is solid too. The apps on the phone also work well. The only bad things are the associated parent app and GPS locator function doesn't always work. You have to try it a few times for it to locate. This may be a function of the cel service. The app has a lot in it but it's not very user friendly and the English on it is flaky. Still a good buy if you want to be connected to your kiddos and would recommend.

This watch does what it has advertised to do. This is the first one I purchased after researched a while on Amazon and internet. It has been a month so far and I think it is finally functioning as I would like it to be.Speedtalk sim card doesn't get good signal in my neighborhood. I didn't try any other sim card. But at least calling and texting sms works all the time.Gps location is usually off by a little while indoors. But when outside gps reports reasonably well.Battery can hold a day or two. So one does need to remember to charge it frequently.I did follow instructions closely and actively communicated with the customer service during the set up process. The setup process is a little more complicated than activating a normal cell phone nowadays but the customer service is much more prompt and helpful than most main stream cell phone manufacturer.
