Five stars for an exceptionally fantastic customer care from TOZO. I was truly impressed when they sent me a brand new T6 after I reported an issue, in detail, that rendered my T6 purchased from Amazon dysfunctional. Their email response came within minutes of my writing to them. T6 themselves are great, well designed and lightweight earbuds with good battery life. Great, balanced sound, unlike my T10 which are a tad bass heavy. T6 are waterproof, well suited for gym and running. Thank you TOZO !

80 % surroundings noise cancellation and good bass quality but not punching base...clear voice and feel premium but not available type C charging port..

I recently purchased the TOZO T6 True Wireless Earbuds, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! These earbuds have exceeded my expectations in every way possible. First of all, the sound quality is incredible. The Premium Sound Tech produces deep, rich bass and crystal-clear highs, making my music sound better than ever before. I also appreciate the noise-cancellation feature, which helps me stay focused even in noisy environments. The earbuds themselves are incredibly comfortable to wear, and I love the touch controls that allow me to easily change the volume, skip tracks, or even answer calls without having to take my phone out of my pocket. The wireless charging case is a game-changer, too. It's so convenient to be able to charge my earbuds on-the-go without having to worry about cables or finding a power outlet. Just about a month's use, and half of this time, the earbuds were gradually dying, with their volume getting low by the day - and as of today, even at max volume from the phone, these earbuds barely make a squeak. They are practically dead. These are not "waterproof" as claimed, and I suspect water ingress gradually killed the earbuds. The built-in "Water drainage" feature also proved futile, as you could barely feel any vibration in the earbuds while it's trying to vibrate the water away. This is my second TOZO waterproof earbuds, and the first one was a T10, that lasted about a year before starting to lose audio output volume. I will NOT recommend these products, especially if "waterproof" feature is what you buy them for.

Super product with good sound quality, nice design and color

Package was delivered fast and was in good packaging. It's looks premium but feels a bit plastickiy case lid feels very fragile. Buds quality feels good and solid. Connectivity is a bit slower takes about 4-5 secs to connect to the phone sometimes even longer to detect. Sound quality is average while listening to music. Voice call experience is extremely poor. Been using it for almost 3 weeks now. Not even single person heard my voice clearly over the call and I had to switch to phone speaker in between to actually connect to any calls. Battery backup is great usually lasts for more than a week for me with moderate usage. I have only charged it once in three weeks. Water proofing I haven't checked yet. Updating feedback After connecting with the customer care they have assured me to provide with the replacement. Once I receive it will update the review again based on its performance. I had received the replacement product for this on 25th January and I have been using it since then and literally I have found no difference in both old and new product. Both have mic issues which makes it impossible to connect during calls. Everyone complained about getting background noise more clearly than my voice. So it's frustrating sometimes. But definitely everything else is great. Great battery backup, quick charging support, good sound quality, it doesn't support noise cancellation but supports wireless charging. So I had connected with customer care again and they agreed to provide me 20% refund. Which I think is fine since they already shared two devices and incurred shipping charges. Hope they will fix the issues to make it best

Me encantan, los he comprado varias veces ya, el unico negativo es que se carga con Micro USB y me gustaria que se cargaran con USB C para tener menos cables, la funcion touch es buena y la calidad de sonido tambien. la pila le dura bastante tambien

TOZO is the my favorite underrated headphone brand. Their products are super affordably priced, while actually being really solid quality. But the biggest selling point for me with TOZO and any brand or company these days? ACTUAL legitimate Customer Service Support that stands behind their Products and does their best to serve the Customer the best they can, more than trying to rush them off with as little aid provided as possible. Even when that aid comes at a loss to the company in the front end. But a gain to them in the long run, by earning Customers for Life. It's so tragic how short sighted the majority of businesses have gotten these days. Forsaking customer loyalty for the Quickest, Easiest "NOW" buck and cutting costs and corners at every turn. 15 years ago I was loyal to the companies/products with the best quality for price value. TODAY? I'll settle for a company that provides a half decent product I'm content with, at a reasonable price I can live with, and less than useless Customer Support I can actually COMMUNICATE with. Extra Super Bonus Points when the products are incredibly priced for legitimately solid products. They're throw away Priced, but they are my one & only daily carry, that I use for everything. Except when I'm using my over ear bad boys for full experience with TV or Music. And by the way, I'm an Audiophile with very Picky Audio Taste. Does the T6 check every single box for me? Not entirely. But for an under $30 set? The ratio is off the charts: value to cost. I used to carry $300 Samsung buds. Until I lost a pair. That's the only reason I ever even found/tried TOZO. I wanted a cheap throw away pair for daily carry assuming they'd sucknfor anything but calls. But When I got them I was super surprised by the sound and how well they'd stand up to daily beating. So I bought several sets. Do I miss the NC on my Samsung and having a little richer bass and sharpness vs the T6? Sure but I'd rather never have to worry about having a 300 dollar whoopsie bc my brother in law wasn't paying attention when he's loading up the truck to go home for the day 😭🤦. I use my over ear set at home when I really want the full experience anyway. And these things carry good enough sound to give me what I need on the go. I've bought 4 or 5 pairs and still haven't paid nearly as much as I would have to replace my Samsungs just once. Instead I have a decent backup roster and readily placed sets for anywhere I might need em. But again the MVP for me these days is the Service. Everytime I had an issue and needed assistance....they were there. Never the run around. Never blaming me or trying to avoid helping me like the last kid fighting for his life on the Dodgeball Court. Always quick and helpful. And they've even sent me a handful of special deals to try new products over the years. Idk why some businesses operate like TOZO and some don't. Seems like the easiest strategy for long term success. I'll always gravitate to the TOZOs of the market bc I appreciate quality Service and Integrity in the Company's I spend my increasingly devalued dollars on, more than anything else.

Highly recommended. Have this for almost 2 years, have dropped it many times but so far its still working just fine. Sound is fantastic for being half in ear.
