The last part may be random and sound bad to some, but I enjoy crazy dreams (something I would usually get from consuming apples). I checked the ingredients and even though it has "raspberry flavored", I'm guessing the "pectin" was from apples? Either way, I enjoy it. I purchased this product because I have this small "pouch" on the right side of my stomach. The left side looks good, but the right side makes me feel self-conscious even though everyone is built differently. I wasn't sure how strong the results were, so I would take one gummy instead of two. I also go for walks either before or after dinner, but I don't take them every day.I do enjoy the taste and how easy it is to swallow.

Haven't taken long enough to make a determination on the fat burning but I sure do sleep good at night!

I really wanted to like this product. It tastes pretty good and goes down easily. But it doesn't help me lose weight. Not only did I not lose any weight I gained a pound all while eating less and exercising more. I can't vouch for anyone else, but it didn't do the job for me.

I’m currently on my second bottle of this. I haven’t seen in results of me using this. I taking two every night before bed and not change. I work out and watch what I eat. Now I sleep great with this that’s all. But weight loss nothing. Probably will not repurchase. Don’t buy this.
