Igora Royal Permanent Color Creme, 3-0, Dark Brown, 60 Gram

I love mixing my own hair color as my hair is very dark and I get hot spots at my roots but NEVER with this brand. This is HANDS DOWN AMAZING hair color! It does tend to lean a little dark but it works out for me because I’m darker than dark brown but not black either. Their dark brown turns out perfect every time and doesn’t fade! I always use a zero lift or 10 vol developer which helps to hold the color. It’s easy to use, high professional salon quality (this is exact brand the spa I go to for cuts uses). I decided to color my own roots after paying 200-300 for a cut, root touch up and blow out. No more! I get two touch ups out of each tube so the price is VERY worth it! It’s gentle on my hair, I have not noticed any breakage and I’ve been using this brand for a few years now. Yes, I even use it on my eyebrows and they always turn out amazing! No more brow pencils for me unless I go about 6 weeks without touching up. I love that I can use this as dual purpose, reducing having to buy something separate for my eyebrows. The smell, to me is minimal, not strong at all. Great quality, great price and amazing color payoff! Can’t go wrong!

I have used this for years. Occasionally I have tried other products, only to deal with dark purple, rather than dark brown, hair. This stuff, mixed with developer, is the best there is for home or professional studio hair dye. Some of my at-home tricks: I outline the area with Vaseline to prevent the color from going past the hairline, I use a steel tick and flea comb to make sure that the entire hair shaft is covered throughout my hair and I dye it at night so after the first shampoo 5-7 minutes after the dye has set, if there is any left staining the scalp (I have thinning hair so it shows), I can shampoo again in the morning and remove most of it.

I really love this hair dye! I always use it and highly recommend it to everyone. It goes on very smoothly and makes my hair look shiny, soft, and healthy. The color lasts a long time and doesn’t wash out. My hair doesn’t get damaged — it even feels better after coloring. I also use the same brand oxidizer. Great product, super happy with it!

Has ammonia in it. Irritated my scalp.

I have used many different brands of hair color in the past, but this brand knocks it out of the ballpark! I usually color my brows to cover a few grays, but have to be careful how and where I apply because the color ends up sticking to my skin. I can’t leave the house for a day or two until the color fades off my skin and hairline. This hair color sticks to your hair, and not to your skin. Covers all grays. It leaves hair soft and shiny. Smells great! I will use this brand from now on. Absolutely beautiful! 😍
