My ceramic casserole dish cracked so I needed to ensure my new dish can withstand heat up to 500F. Cast iron was simply too heavy especially with the added weight of a roast. This Caraway is absolutely perfect. Sturdy, food does not stick and cleanup has been an absolute breeze. (Note instructions: do not use cooking sprays (eg Pam).)

I think this is the best cookware I've ever owned. Everything cooks beautifully, nothing sticks, and it's so easy to clean. I am VERY careful to keep it in brend new condition. No dishwasher. No metal utensils. And I don't heat any of it to smoke point. I am very careful not to bang it around. I love it and will eventually replace most of my cookware with this. Fantastic.

Absolutely love love love every Caraway product I have. I have their bakeware and their cookware. In addition to their utensil collection. Love that they’re heavy and well made and cleaning them is a breeze. Love the zero chemicals as well. Can’t recommend these more than I already do. I have gifted their sets to family for Christmas.

Great baking/roasting pan! Cooks with minimal oil, food comes out delicious. Pans are easy to clean. I hand wash them. Oven to table - easy cooking. Very happy with the purchase. Bought larger and 2 small rectangular ones.

I was looking for a product that was durable, lightweight, and capable of multiple functions. Also, Caraway provides a storage solution for their products that made it so much easier to store.

Love love love this pan. Non-stick. I mostly use it for bread and brownies. Has fairly even heat and is a good weight. I’ve cut stuff in it and no scratches so far. I think I need a second one just to ensure in 10 years I have a backup.

Purchased this for a Christmas present. The family really has liked this pan. Baking is evenly and the pan is sturdiness. Very good pan to bake in. Highly recommend.
