Great product!! It was very easy to assemble, heats up quickly, and is easy to use. Great value for the money! I initially had a few support bars that were not included in my product, but the seller was very responsive and quickly sent my replacement parts and corrected all issues.

Love my infrared sauna! Works well and heats up nicely. Only downside is it has a plastic smell.

We have a full size IR sauna built into our vacation property and know how a high end sauna should feel. We want a small sauna for our home and instead of opting for one of the wood mini saunas we wanted to try this. We were quite skeptical to get this but since it’s returnable, we thought, why not give it a try.The good: it heats up to 40 Degrees Celsius in 10 minutes which is quite fast. This is the point we start getting ready to get into the sauna. I had it set to110F (43C) but it reached 122F (50C) after 5-10 minutes sitting in the sauna. For us that’s plenty hot as the panels radiate heat and it feels much warmer because of it. No smells were noticed (it’s made of some kind of plastic).The bad: it appears the temperature sensor is not very accurate. 110F gave us 122F. Also the back panel is the size of a side panels and therefore we cannot secure the straps. No instructions at all about this. Its annoying. Also the temperature gauge is a little “jumpy” causing the panels to switch on-off-on in quick succession once it reaches target temperature.I now realize I miss a foot warmer. I was sweating but my feet were cold.Note, each of the panels are 500W. 1530W peak power usage. This is a good amount of power for such small space which explains why it heats up fast.

This sauna is great for space saving and budget needs. It gies together in under 40 minutes and works well. The unit heats good and fairly quick.

I've had this for about 6 months now and I am truly happy for this purchase. It has helped me significantly. I use it 6 times a week so it definitely gets used. The chair that comes with it is small. I never got 140 degrees but highest 137. I get 128 now but that is in 18 degrees weather and no heat in the room where it's located. I recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This steam pop up tent certainly heats up enough. Tip, start with hot water so it takes less time to boil. Barely big enough for my husband to sit in comfortably though so if you're a largeish person or just need more room, get a bigger one.If you're using it outdoors, it would have the be around 50degrees or warmer or you loose too much heat.

Chinese cheap. Easy to assemble but in no way should this be confused with infrared as advertised.

Assembly: Putting this thing together was like herding cats. The instructions could have been a lot more clear, but the end result was worth the hassle.Heating: It warms well enough in a moderatley tempeeate room. If you live In a cold climate and have this in a cold room or basement, you will want to cover it with a thermal blanket or other insulation. Otherwise it will struggle to maintain temperature.Size: I'm a big guy, not huge, but nit small. This two person sauna is perfect for one me. Maybe two small people.Bottom line: this is a nice entry level sauna that takes a little tweaking in certain situations. This thing gets used nearly every day in our home, and we're happy to have it.
