Very noisy after use of only 3 months.And they don't have warranty slip of this order.I called them for the warranty slip of Polycab Fan. They hadn't attached the warranty slip of this model and has attached of different model. So now I have to call them everyday to get warranty slip of the same model.I need to repair the capacitor of the 2 fan within 1 month of use.I tried calling for warranty but they didn't responded.So, had to get local electrician for repairing.

I ordered the Polycab charisma plus 1200mm fan for a very reasonable price, which was delivered in 2 days.Its been almost 3 months that the fan is in daily usage.PROS:First and foremost, the colour and look of the fan is attractive and grand.The highest speed feels like a helicopter fan turning, with a good spread of air around the room.The gush of air is much more than the other fans in our home.Though it cant be said as a CON, the sound of air at full speed of the fan is a little higher than normal.The build quality of the fan components and material used felt good. The price of 1400/-, felt a full value for money ceiling fan.I would say, this is a good choice.

I got the Jaco Bean Bronze Gold color and it looks sooo premium 😍. The fan runs super smooth and gives great airflow. Also happy that it saves electricity too! Setup was easy and build feels strong. My room feels cooler and stylish now 😄

When the product was received, the box was damaged. The fan itself was not harmed, but it seems it was not handled properly during delivery. Because of that, its aerodynamics have been affected. However, the fan is still working well and overall is a good product.

The fan and the quality is good but the major problem is the sound created by the fan at high speed which does not have any solution.
