These nail clippers are amazing! They hold the trimmed nails, they are quality material and design, still sharp, comfortable to hold and easy to trim finger and toenails with these. Worth the price in my opinion.

Does anyone care that this set of nail clippers was modeled after a praying mantis? No. What does set this set apart is the nail-catcher feature, which really works! Basically, each clipper has a compartment that holds nail clippings. You can raise or lower the walls of this compartment to capture clippings or empty the chamber when it gets full. Well, as a senior who has long preferred vacuum beard cutters that keep one's sink free of beard trimmings, I can attest that I much prefer to keep my nail clippings in a handy compartment rather than strewn around my bathroom floor, and this is the first set of clippers I've tried that accomplish this end. Otherwise, everything else about these clippers seems topnotch as well, from the sharpness of the blades to the quality of the materials used to the spiffy design and topnotch ergonomics. Is this set worth a few more bucks than many others? IMO, yes... PROS: * Unique and effective clipping catcher feature! * Fine ergonomics. * Sharp blades. * Quality materials. * Nice storage case included. CONS: * Not the cheapest clipper set but worth it if you're tired of chasing down stray nail clippings!

They do a pretty good job convincing you these are a German made but right on the outside of the gift box it says made in China. But they're good clippers. I'll keep em.

So why pay 12 dollars for some nail clippers if you can get a pair for 50 cents at a gas station I was so sick of cheap clippers with misaligned teeth twisting my nail as they cut it I tried pricier nail clippers at shops but they were all pretty similar Looked online and the consesus was that the best clippers came out of Japan What I received surpassed my desire for accurate clippers, they are also super sturdy The main part of the clippers has this aluminum ergonomic bit at the end that fits perfectly in the hand, this gives you steady control. The upper bit, the lever has an ergonomic curvature as well, but most importantly, the lever pushes against the clipper body with precision, with no wiggle or bend I am very happy, the clippers are solid and cuts are super clean I don't know why these are not available in stores

Brilliant clippers. They have a luxuriously contoured and robust metal body. The smooth painted metal finish feels warm to the touch as opposed to the cold to the touch stainless steel finishes that you usually find on clippers. The cutting edge itself is very sharp shown by the fact I barely needed to apply any pressure for it to cut through my nail compared to usual clippers. The nail file is a nice touch for brief buffing a snag but it's slow to file and awkward to angle compared to a separate one so probably not for doing the whole filing job. I never thought I could enjoy cutting my nails but I actually do with these, you feel a bit pampered as you use them. It came in a very nice metal presentation box but like others have said it did have some dents in it. I bought the 'big one' and due to the high quality dense metal it is pretty heavy. You also have to open your hand up very wide to grip the two handles as they are very far apart when fully spread. Because of this I'm not sure it would be very enjoyable to use for someone who is very elderly or frail, so just a warning about its potential suitability for others. For me though the extra weight feels sturdy and sort of satisfying. Overall they bring a touch of luxury to a tool that rarely if ever exudes it.

Buonasera, sono un cliente Prime e sono qui a dare la mia testimonianza riguardo l'acquisto di questo set di tagliaunghie della MR.GREEN. Sinceramente ero un po' scettico al momento dell'acquisto, per il costo non propriamente economico rispetto ad altri... anche perché a me serviva solamente un tagliaunghie (il piccolo di questo set). Però, poi, optai per la coppia proprio per l'eleganza del set... e per il lavoro che c'è stato degli ingegneri della MR.GREEN a monte, minuziosamente documentato su questa pagina dal venditore tramite testi, foto e video. Il design è futuristico ed accattivante, i materiali si presentano solidi e resistenti nel tempo. Infatti, ad oggi, sono ben 3 mesi e mezzo che ho il set ed è praticamente funzionale (nel taglio) come il primo giorno. Vediamo le cose più importanti che deve fare un tagliaunghie... ...cioè tagliare le unghie... e questo set lo fa egregiamente come non hanno mai fatto quelli avuti nel corso della mia vita. Ogni taglio è deciso e preciso oltre a non rendere le unghie spigolose (che graffiano, subito dopo l'utilizzo). Non so a cosa sia dovuta quest'accortezza, probabilmente all'inclinazione delle lame ed alla loro estrema affilatura. Di fatto vedrei benissimo questo set a casa di ogni famiglia, perché proprio adatto a tutti (logicamente i minori dovranno essere seguiti dai genitori)... e con il facile meccanismo di chiusura a cassettino, i frammenti di unghia tagliati non schizzano ovunque, ma stanno nel comodo contenitore intero. Svuotare il contenitore interno dai frammenti di unghie è facile... basta scarrellare facilmente la copertura laterale del tagliaunghie (ponendolo verso il basso), un leggero colpettino posteriore ed il gioco è fatto. Manca la classica asticella a coltellino, ma con il tempo ci si abitua e non è una mancanza rilevante... invece il lima unghie (posto sulla parte interiore del manico) è molto ma molto prestante e lima che è una meraviglia. E' costituita da una serie di micro cuspidi a maglia (se così si scrive) molto fitta e quasi invisibile ad occhio, ma rilevabile a contatto con il polpastrello. Ho aggiunto qualche foto, in modo da farteli vedere meglio, visto che magari stai leggendo queste parole perché (come me in passato) non sai se acquistare proprio questo set... ...posso scriverti che ti arriverà in un elegante cofanetto in lamiera... una sorta di confezione regalo.
