Happy with buy makes grating parmesan very easy

I bought this as I’m disabled and thought it would be easier to use than a regular grater... I was wrong. The metal part just falls out if you turn it on it’s side to empty the cheese out. If you don’t do this the cheese remains inside in a clump 😂 it’s a shame as I was actually looking forward to this!

My second grater, first one from different manufacturer. This one better quality and lssmaller in size, making it easier to store. Perfect grater.

Only one grating drum but I was delighted to find that the grater was in fact a microplane - extremely sharp and very efficient.

La parte dell 'impugnatura è di acciaio inox di buon spessore e molto robusta, la lamella flessibile che serve a bloccare il tamburo rotante invece è sottile e flessibile e quando si flette per liberare il tamburo si rischia di tagliarsi un dito, bisogna stare attenti. La lamina del tamburo che grattugia è di lamierino inox forse un tantino troppo sottile: quanto durerà l'affilatura?Una cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è la presenza di due distanziatori in plastica ai lati del tamburo che dureranno certamente meno del resto dell' apparecchio soprattutto se si lava in lavastoviglie. A proposito ci sono ricambi disponibili per il tamburo?In effetti è come se si fosse in presenza di due oggetti di qualità costruttiva molto diversa: l'impugnatura-contenitore per il formaggio e il tamburo che mi sembra molto meno "pensato".Visto il prezzo potevano fare di meglio...
