So got these to take over the course of a month! Hard to say if they worked any miracle in that time..I must admit tho i do love gummies and will try them all..they are so quick and easy to take and pleasent to eat!... these tasted very nice and were also a good priceYes i recommend! However im sure with a more continuous use you would notice the benefits!

I am a big fan of gummy vitamins as I have problems swallowing normal tablets and pills, so pretty much anything I can take in gummy form instead, I will. I already take a hair, skin and nails gummy from another supplier but it's really pricey compared to this one. This product contains Zinc, Vitamin B’s, Selenium, Vitamin C and Biotin, which is a decent cocktail of goodness for your body.The flavour is also wonderful - a lot of gummy vitamins are cheaply made and taste terrible (and get stuck in your teeth, gross), but these ones don't. The strawberry flavour is a sweet burst of taste but not overwhelming, the gummy is easy to chew and goes down easily with no aftertaste.As for that price point - £7.99 - it's one of the best I've seen for this type of product. I've shopped around to no end, so I know the price ranges for hair/skin/nail vitamin gums and these are by far the cheapest right now. They are also vegan but unfortunately do contain some sugar (2g), which ruins it for me as I try to avoid processed or unnecessary sugars as much as possible.

These taste great and are easy to take. I can’t comment on the performance of these yet as it is early days but they are easy to fit into my daily routine.

So after having these for a little while now I feel like I can give my full honest review.I don't believe they've worked all that much really. I had a bad time after having some acrylic nails installed and once they came off my natural nails were quite brittle and chipped. I used these gummies hoping it would help repair the nail a bit quicker but honestly I don't think there's much difference to if I hadn't taken them.The instructions are clearly written on the bottle label and are easy to follow. The gummies actually taste pretty good overall.I haven't noticed any change with my hair in length or quality either.Overall I probably wouldn't buy them but they might work better with prolonged usage.

I was quite impressed by the gummies. I'm not one to take gummies as tablets but this was was sweet, I guess the added suger or coating.The gummies are easy chew and are of adequate size. Bottle is large and holds a decent amount.Now for the impact on my health. Well, i do feel positive in taking it, such as my hair and nails feel more healthier. I guess you need a balanced diet to see the full effects. Packaging is good and love the branding. Let's see how this goes over the next few weeks to give you an overall prospective.

The texture is nice, neither too sticky nor too tough, it doesn't get stuck in my teeth at all. I liked the flavour, I think it tastes nice. A good and easy to chew supplement.

I haven't taken these long enough to see any benefits, but the product itself is very pleasant. They have a nice texture and a good flavour, they are definitely the better option if you don't like swallowing pills. You get a good amount for your money and they're cheaper than most branded hair skin and nails vitamins.
