The item was fine and was delivered very quickly. Even though I thought I had measured carefully, the turn table support ended up being a tiny bit smaller than needed and would not turn the glass plate.

It works, but had to use the old, taller wheels.

I used this for my microwave which didn't come with the glass plate or plastic turner. It works perfectly, it doesn't squeak. And it turns consistently! Overall a great value for the quality you're getting!

My microwave had been making a loud "bumping" sound and, depending on what was being heated, spilling contents on the turntable. I learned it was because of a flat area on one or more of the rollers under the turntable. The third time using the microwave with the new ring the same bumping sound/action occurred and I noticed one of the rollers had a flat spot just like my old one. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to replace that one roller and am now good to go. Having two turntable rollers with identical flat spots seems like planned obsolescence. Why not just make a product to spec so it works right the first time?

Not a good product. Did not work as intended
