Easy to use, but it started leaking right away and I had to buy a different one would recommend buying one of slightly higher quality

The gadget works well for neck discomfort. I have purchased two in the past few months that both have blown a hole in them while using. The first I thought was defective somehow and now I know it's the actual device not being made with good material if both have the same issue while using. Searching for the same device only better materials used.
