The coffees from this company are a must-have in my pantry. This Ethiopian coffee is smooth, very low in acidity, and a great cup for mornings. The pods are perfect. I only had one (!) break in my Keurig in all these months I have been buying these coffees. They work perfectly. Very satisfied with quality, aroma, and taste. For a slightly bolder aroma, I use their Guatemala roast. Their bold dark roast is excellent too but I personally prefer a medium roast. Both Ethiopian and Guatemalan roasts are perfect for my taste. Thank you also for keeping these great coffees at an affordable price.The pods are compostable. I cut the bottom to use in my own compost and recycle the tops since these are only recyclable in a professional compost plant.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!! Every single pod I try to use, the bottom coffee filter part blows out and all the grounds end up in my cup. No returns allowed even though their product is defective. Absolutely no customer service. There isn't even a way to contact the seller for resolution. Now I'm stuck with 72 defective pods that I basically have to use as pour-overs 😡👎👎👎

Organic and has no plastics. Great tasting coffee and works perfectly with the Keurig we have.

I love the flavor and the richness of this coffee. I have used it now for at least a year. Last fall I started having grounds in my coffee and found the filter had a hole blown out in it when it was brewed. Not every package. This lead me to believe it was weak or bad filters. After that package was used it went back to good filters again, then suddenly this week a package I opened is doing the same thing. I just use a little paper filter with the k-cup and no problem. When I contacted them about the issue, I was told my coffee was maybe old?!! That shouldn't have made a difference and if I order coffee, how can I control how old it is? Overall I like this coffee and less plastic in the K-cup. I like that it is water-proccess decaf and organic!!!!

The coffee is great, no bitterness at all. But, this eco-friendly design is junk. I’ll get maybe one or two good coffees and then three or four bad ones where the bag just rips and explodes and coffee grinds go everywhere. Maybe work on your design little bit better so this coffee will come out better in the kcup. I thought it was even my machine, but tried this on another machine I have and same results. Like I said great coffee with a horrible design.

I've subscribed to this coffee. I love the price, less waste, organic, and water processed decaf. Taste is 3.5/5 and gives me the hot caffeine-free drink I'm looking for in the morning (and throughout the day). I would give my previous experience with this coffee 4/5 if not 5/5.Onto my recent delivery... I had 2 cups of coffee (of the 72 purchased) that went just fine, then proceeded to experience one filter rupture after another... Each time expecting it to be fine again. I went through10 from 2 different bags within the pack and it's the same thing. Visually, the K-cups look sound, no indication they'd rupture, so it's not really a quality control issue, but just some defective filters in the production line.Nothing changed between this and previous orders. Same keurig I've had for years, other coffee is fine - even other brands with fabric filters - this batch is just a bad one. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a private way to just reach out through Amazon to the seller/manufacturer to see if this is a know bad lot and to just send a replacement to try. If the company offers to send me another box that works fine, I'll continue to use these, but if not, I'm done trying these and wasting anymore time/money on it and canceling my subscription.If seller reaches out with replacement, I will update my review here. Everything I want in a kcup variety pack. No clue why this is 5 star across the board

I must say that I searched for a long time trying to find organic coffee that was 1/2 decaf 1/2 reg. This product seemed to hit the bar on that note as well as being compostable and well thought out product. The coffee however cannot be drunk. I had 2 sips. First one I thought yuck! Tried again, definitely not good, so I added a bit of cream and sugar....not worth drinking. I am so sad as I am now the proud owner of so many packets of this junk, I am at a loss as far as what to do. Cannot return it, so toss it?
