i am a PT and work very hard with tons of hands-on work. although my mechanics are good, frankly I'm not getting any younger, and at 55 I'm feeling the burn... within 24 hours, all upper body tendon and muscle aches are gone. this works excellent for me, I have one thumb joint that is shot (through years of sewing and heavy lifting) and other arthritis hot spots ;but 6 of these in the morning with a full glass of water makes all things bearable.
