The Cielo Breeze Lite instructions were simple and straightforward, and the device connected to my mini-split right away. It didn't respond to all remote commands initially, but the Cielo online chat technician, Sam, was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue remotely. I was up and running in minutes! Amazing service!

Amazing way to operate, or monitor, your mini-split powerheads right from Cielo’s app on your phone (wi-fi needed)…easy set-up (one Breeze per powerhead)…they work great…I called customer service with a remote control question and the CSR noticed one of my units had a faulty humidity/temp sensor unbeknownst to me because it controlled the powerhead with no visible issue…after we tried a few firmware reboots, they mailed out another one at no charge…very happy with the product.

I bought this to replace a nearly identical Sensibo device. The Sensibo did not work reliably with my Daikin AC, so I was unsure the Cielo would work any better. So I am very happy that the Cielo works almost perfectly and is superior to the Sensibo unit in many ways. For example, I was able to select the AC remote using its model number. The schedule function works reliably. The notifications of events is useful. I give it 4 stars only because some AC functions are not available, such as the ‘quiet’ fan speed. Powerful mode is supported but cannot be scheduled. Otherwise it would get 5 stars from me.

This little device is amazing!You can control your ac from anywhere, it also tells you what the current room temperature and humidity is while using the app. My only regret is that I wish I had known about this device sooner. Definitely worth buying.

We got these to manage our mini split AC units throughout the house. You need one puck for each AC unit, as it controls them through the individual remote control signal. The initial setup took about 30 min—plug them in, connect the pucks to the home wifi and app via bluetooth, clone the remote control signal, and calibrate the puck to the actual room temp. Once they are set up, you can control them from anywhere, since they are connected via wifi.I bought these because our house would get humid when the AC shut off cooling air when it reached the set temperature and just blow humid air nonstop the rest of the time. I was able to set up the “comfy range” settings to automatically turn the AC units on and off when the room reaches a certain temperature, and this has dramatically improved the humidity inside. This setting might be harder on our mini split system since it’s not designed to turn on and off like central air, but it certainly fixed the humidity problem.You can set up the schedule for different comfy settings for different times of day, i.e. cooler overnight for bedrooms and warmer during the day when they’re not occupied. It took some trial and error to get the right temp settings and schedule for each AC zone but once I worked it out, I was able to set it and forget it. You can also set up comfy ranges for humidity, and it will turn on the dehumidifier mode when the humidity percentage reaches the set level.We’ve had these for about 2 1/2 months, through the worst of the summer heat into the cooler early fall, and so far they are doing great. Well worth the money for the convenience and functionality.
