I've heard about Magnesium Glycinate (specifically) so I started taking capsules of another brand. When I realized how wonderful the benefits were to me, I wnated to try soemthing for my son with Autism (as I've heard many great calming qualities for kids on the spectrum). Because he is picky he only takes gummy bear vitamins. I took a shot and was impressed how well this works. This doesn't doze him off to sleep as it does me (my husband with adhd can also agree that magnesium glycinate in general doesn't make him tired like it does most people but just relaxes) so our kiddo takes this in the morning with his other multi vitamins. He seems more calm overall and I can def see a slight but very powerful difference. The texture is a little more hard and chewy then his others but he still likes them. I tried before giving to him and while they def relax and put me to sleep, I feel the most benefits from other brands capsules. Overall I would recommend. Adhd hubby loves them too!

This is a wonderful alternative to swallowing the rather large magnesium tablets. You get to it. Time is like a little snack because they taste great. And there's sugar-free. I finally put them on an auto delivery so I don't have to worry about running out.

I found these to be helpful for good sleep. Just make sure you also take Vitamin D.

As someone who has had a magnesium deficiency for a long time I must say these are perfect! For the first time in a long time my lbs came back great! The taste is amazing as well for having no artificial sweeteners!! Would highly recommend

Bought 3 months ago for my family (adults and kids) and all liked(or didn’t mind) to take them. Bought this time and everyone in my family thinks the taste is off and they are more chewy/sticky. Definitely don’t like it as much and seems strange it’s such a different taste and consistency .. overall we do love this flavor still. Really good gummies

I bought this prosciutto but I am a bit worried about this reading (see photo) which says 100mg of B6 counts as 5,000% of the Daily Value intake! Is this a typo or should I be concern in taking the serving diosage? Since B6 overdose could be unsafe for your health!

Works great for on the go when I can't do my normal vitamin protocol.
