I paid $25 dollars for this stainless steel frying pain. Excellent build quality. It's stainless steel, not non stick. Cleaning is the same as all stainless, when your done cooking pour water and vinegar in pan while it's still hot.

The page says the lid is included. It was not included. Returning this immediately

I love cooking on this pan but you really have to cautions not to use too much heat and be careful the handle gets hot.It seems impossible to keep the pan looking new

Update: company mailed me a lid but Inoticed other reviews mentioned the same missing lid, so buyer beware.It's a nice-looking pan, but it arrived without the lid that was listed in the description. I have reached out to the seller and will update the review if/when the issue is resolved.

These are the real deal (I also have the larger version), heavy with extremely even heat dispersal. Near daily use over 18 months, especially eggs most mornings, and still works great. Easy to get a non-stick surface [with some prep work] every time. Looks great with some expected wear since I don't bother deep-cleaning, but I'm sure this would shine just like new if I bothered to clean with baking soda. I expect these to last a lifetime.
