product arrived with one light not working, reported to customer support. it took a couple days to get an initial response but eventually they offered to replace the entire product. New light arrived quickly, The product is excellent

Good Update! I recently received a replacement unit for the six head unit that went faulty. Aukphie reps worked with me to try out a new 5 head unit and investigate reasoning for previous unit failure. The new 5 head unit works as designed with no issues. Timer is accurate and easy to set. My succulents and tropics love the light and the design allows me to cover both in a very small area. I have been very pleased with their customer service and replacement unit. I bought this because of its vertical multi-direction lighting capabilities. I set this up and it ran great for two days with all functions. After that lights started to flicker and go crazy, now only one of 6 lights work and no other functions but on/off. I have reached out to mfg, though no response. I hope they read this and send me another light set, because I like the setup and even the one light seems to be enough for my plants, so far.

Edit (5/9/23): Customer service reached out a few days after my initial review. They apologized for the inconvenience and product issues, asked me some questions to figure out the exact problem, and immediately offered to send me a new power supply!I received it yesterday, and the light has been working perfectly ever since. I'm so happy to have my light back, as are my plants! In addition, they even offered to send me a free smaller clip on light to try! They said it should be here within a week.Phenomenal customer service. Would highly recommend, and greatly appreciate their attention to their customers.Original Review:I purchased this plant light about seven months ago. Absolutely loved it! It's super bright. Plants were thriving, and the timer worked perfectly. I have other, cheaper plant lights that seem to start later and later over time due to cheap timers. This one worked perfectly.I moved and didn't have it set up for a month, and finally plugged it in once all my plant babies were settled and it worked... for two days.The light suddenly cut out and would flicker on for a split second every few minutes. I tried a different outlet to no avail. Attempted to contact the seller and never got a response. I was extremely bummed as this was my favorite (and most expensive) plant light and it only worked for about 6 months.

UPDATE 9/28/23 Customer Service reached out to me after my 7/17 update and send me two new power supplies which they said were improved quality. So far so good with the new power supplies, and I must say that their customer service is truly outstanding and they are standing behind their product. I am returning my rating to 5 stars for now. Will update if I have any further issues..UPDATE: 7/17/23 The power supply (the brick that plugs into the wall) has died on both my lights after a few months. Both were promptly replaced under warranty (thank you!). Now, one of the warranty replacement power supplies just died (only after a couple months). I haven’t contacted customer service for a replacement yet, but clearly the power supply they have provided are not up to the task for the six head light. At this point I have zero confidence these power supplies will last more then a couple months, so when I’m out of warranty looks like I’ll need to buy a adequate power supply, since the manufacturer isn’t providing one, and I can no longer recommend the 6 head light. The possible good news is if you have a 3, 4, or 5 head light and you were provided the same power supply shown in the photo (12 V, 4000mA) you may get longer life, since you aren’t driving it as hard.I purchased two of the 6 head grow lights to supplement the natural light for 20 of my houseplants grouped in a 60 ft square area. Over all these lights seem to be perfect for the task. I am using the stands at maximum extension which places the top of the light bars 80 inches off the ground, which is just enough.PROS: Lights arrived well packaged and were super easy to assemble. I had both fixtures assembled and adjusted in less than 10 mins. The light heads are very flexible and allow me to direct the light in any direction desired. The light fixtures were easy to position amongst the plants and don't spoil the aesthetic of the scene - they blend in nicely. The power adjustments and timer were intuitive to use, which is nice, since no instructions were included with the package. I am using the lights at the maximum setting, given the fairly large number of plants I am trying to illuminate. Color appearance of the lights is close to sunlike, as advertised, and the light output is what I expected, given the power rating of the LEDs. Quality seems decent. The light heads and the power supplies get warm to the touch during operation, but nothing concerning.CONS: At full extension, the stands are a bit top heavy, and you need to be careful to balance the position of the light heads or the stand may fall over. A bigger base would be helpful. The timer function is not fully programmable -you must manually activate at the time you want the lights to come on and select the number of hours (in multiples of 3 hrs from 3 to 18 hours).I haven't had the lights long enough to see an impact to the plant growth yet, but I can measure an average of 3 -4 times the lux over the ambient lighting using a handheld lux meter, and have the lights on 15 hours/day, so I sure it will be helpful through the winter months. I will update the review in several weeks.

I am so amazed by this 6 head Aukphie grow light. It has been the perfect fit for my current setup and my plants are loving it! I have owned other grow lights but I didn’t quite like the color tone but this light has the best warm full spectrum light which apart from making my plants grow, it makes the ambience of my room so beautiful! I absolutely love it !
