This is a cute little sign and really perfect for a housewarming gift as long as it’s gifted with other gifts. This is similar to something you may find at a dollar store. Again it is cute, but it’s lightweight, small and not really worth the $12 it’s listed at. I’d spend no more than $5 on this and include it in a housewarming gift basket with other gifts.
