It is not a new battery!
I got two used old fully discharged batteries. They are not working at all! Unbelievable.

The best batteries I have ever purchased as replacements for my Mavic Pro original drone ALL other batteries including DJI OEM's ended up swelling & going bad.

I have had time to use the batteries yet. I’m sure they will work good. We’ll see…

Either revert your drone and controller back to factory settings before using or dont update firmware. These worked but once updated firmware before second flight they wont charge or power the drone any longer. These are not "factory batteries and dji has found a way to protect itself thru firmware updates.
