Always doubtful about hearing amplifiers, as most dont actually do much to amplify the sound. However, these amplifiers are not bad at all. I only need to use the right amplifier due to not being able to hear properly without having to have the TV loud, or people speak a bit louder if on my right side. Again i wasnt expecting much from the JD Health hearing Amplifiers, but they are actually really xomfortable to wear, even with glasses on. Theybcome with a range of ear piece sizes so finding the toght size is no issue. If following the instruction on use, first week, 30 minutes a day on a low volume, 2nd weeks, incrrase the wear time to an hour increasing the volume slightly, and so on up until the 4th week, when you should be able to wear them for 8 hours+ a day if needed. This is just to adjust your brain to the new sounds and enhanced sounds you will hear. Charging the amplifiers is simple. They come in a charging case with a usb charge cable. The case has light indicators for each amplifier to indicate if they are charged or charging. The amplifiers perform wellwhen listening to the tv, increase the volume to the point the sound is clear without sounding tinny or crackley. Performance when listening to a conversation in person, lower the volume down, again until any crackling and tinny sounds stop. Definitely value for money, but please do not mix these up for hearing aids, they will not help you hear anything if your are deaf, theybare amplifiers only to enhance sound.

Well I don't have to shout anymore, so these amplifiers certainly do the trick. My mum in her 80s has a new lease of life, since trying these out

I bought these hearing aids for my 89 year old husband. They work perfectly for him and are comfortable with an easy to adjust volume. He only needs one hearing aid so the 2nd one is always charged and ready to use.

It works when needed

I bought this hear aid for my mom who's 101 years old. And so far no problems we only got it today but so far she can hear and nhs one was giving problems as one ear is bigger than the other so I only needed this one for her left ear .

NOT THE BEST IN THE WORLD BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND AS THIS IS ONLY FOR A SHORT TIME, UNTIL I CAN GET MY EARS DE WAXED URRGG - A TEMPORARY STOP GAP - IT DOES THE JOB, JUST. I'VE FOUND THAT THE ADJUSTMENTS ARE VERY FIDLY AND EVERYTHING IS VERY ECHOEY CANNOT ALWAYS HEAR WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING. i'M SORRY BUT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE.

Theyare so big and ugly,they will stand out when I where there ,why Don,t you state the the size of them

When I put these on my reaction was WOW!. I was able to hear so clearly. Background noises are also amplified but after a full day of use I have become quite used to this minor problem and I am less aware of the presence of the plugs in my ears. The charging case is a useful bonus as it is so convenient especially if I wish to go travelling. I have no hesitation in recommending these.
