Great to use and easy to clean

I really needed 13x10 trays. The measurements were a bit unclear on the mesh part, and the handles make it over 13" wide by about 1/4 inch. I made it work with a bit of bending of the handles to get them down to 13" wide for my air fryer/toaster oven. The set is surprisingly heavy. Not flimsy. A bit more "engineering" on the bottom trays (just a bit over 12.8") to stretch them out, and even with the manual deformation, no chipping or cracking in the coating. Happy to have 2 of them to make my cooker more useful!

This works well as a replacement for those silly air fryers. Any oven works as well with the proper cooking pan, without the added expense and lost cupboard space.A problem with trays is that even frozen foods stick. Frozen potatoes, battered fish, and chicken cook up nicely with this tray and don't stick to the basket. Granted, I haven't tried stacking fries like in the photo but it's worked perfectly with a single layer, enough for 2 or 3 people. I made up some non-frozen chicken and the grease dripped into the catch pan, just like in an air fryer, though battered chicken did stick to the basket. It all sponged off.I don't have great luck with non-stick. It usually lasts a dozen cook cycles before food builds up and sticks. So far I haven't seen that with this pan. I think I'll be ordering a couple more soon.

I have the Air Fryer option on my LG Range, but it didn't come with a tray or basket for air frying. (I think they're sold separately.). So I bought the Bakken basket and tray because it looked good and was reasonably priced. I just air fried a turkey breast and it came out perfectly cooked. The basket and tray aren't super large, but they were certainly adequate and felt very sturdy. The turkey breast was crisp on the outside and very juicy on the inside. And it was fairly easy to clean. I would recommend this product for use with ovens with the Air Fryer feature.
