Best lasagna noodles ever

Love that these are whole wheat! They were recommended in a lasagna recipe on a website. So glad I bought it. A little expensive for me but worth it since it’s healthier than regular pasta and now I have a bunch of boxes. I’ve used them in regular lasagna and in a one pot lasagna soup. Worked great for both, sturdy, tasted great, nice texture.

Convenient and great taste and texture. No one can tell it’s whole wheat.

Glad I went ahead and ordered eight of these. That was a great bet. I'll definitely use them up - I've been through three already. These, plus olive oil, ricotta, eggs, parm, mozz, tomato sauce, and some sort of additional/optional ingredient(s) of your choice (meat, spinach, etc.) yield a super-tasty, super-easy, nicely-textured lasagne in 45 minutes of bake time. I've been making kale lasagne (forgive me, it's Portland, that's what's in my yard right now) and freezing them as small portions for work lunches. Super tasty, super easy, and kinda sorta healthy if you don't check the amount of mozz I'm using.

I made my first lasagna with these tonight and it tasted amazing with less prep than uncooked lasagna noodles. Will definitely keep these whole wheat lasagna noodles stocked in my pantry for less guilt for lasagna nights. More protein and fiber than the white pasta alternatives.

Excellent whole wheat noodle. So glad I found them here, no one around my town sells a whole wheat lasagna noodle.

We can't find whole wheat lasagna noodles in stores, and we don't generally eat white flour, so we get these. Easy to bake with, just takes a while to deliver.
