Not what it's advertised to be.
Update: this was the worst purchase we have probably ever made. Since my last review, all but three of the camera ports have stopped working. I will never purchase Swann products again.We had an older Swann system for about ten years so we were excited to upgrade. However, there's many flaws with the new system. First, the Camara only pivots down 45 degrees so with this design, you are limited on where you can mount it. We had to modify the base with a Dremel to allow it to swivel both directions so we could mount in the same spots as our old cameras. They say there's night vision in color for 30ish feet but that's not true as you can see in my picture. Some of the cameras have a motion light that comes on when it senses motion. Not all of the cameras light up, some just flash red and blue. Also, the DVR isn't recording even though the screen will have a red box pop up so it appears to be recording, there's no actual footage in the playback screen. This product is definitely NOT as advertised.

ONE OF THE BEST
JUST WANT TO SAY, IT IS ONE OF THE BEST, OUT OF THE BOX, VERY EASY TO CONNECT AND SET UP. CAMERAS ARE GREAT AND CLEAR. OWNED THE OTHER BRAND (THE OWL) FOR YEARS AND THIS SYSTEM IS FAR MORE SUPERIOR AND COST LESS TOO. WOULD HIGHLY RCOMMEND SWANN SECURITY SYSTEM TO ANYONE.
