Love it but the assembly could be smoother
Overall I love the tree and so does Butterscotch. It’s sturdy and easy to clean compared to a cardboard cat tree. Plus it looks like art in my living room. Here’s a summary of the things I struggled with, see below for detailsStability: I had to hide a piece of folded cloth under one side of the base to get the tree to not wobble when the cat jumps into it (see below for details).Comfort: The pre-assembled leaves are great but I did have to remove a lot of them to get my cat to use the tree. Once he got comfortable with the tree I was able to add back some of the leaves, but the branches are too stiff or prickly for him to push past them so I had to leave some of them off.Size: my cat is 11-12 lbs and is very long lol so the top shelf is too small for him to use. See the pictures I added for help in visualizing how much space it takes upDetails: I’m 5’1 and not very strong and was able to build this myself in maybe 45-60min with my cat distracting me by being cute playing in the leaves along the way. The heaviest part of the tree is the base, and I could lift it just fine. The hardest parts of assembly were adjusting the base screws so that it would stand flat/not wobble and installing the last part of the trunk. The base comes with screws that have rubber heads attached to give it grip on the floor I assume. The problem is that if one of the screws is even a little off compared to the others the tree will wobble! I eventually had to put a folded cloth under one side of the tree because I got tired of adjusting the screws. Then the last trunk and shelf: There wasn’t enough of the inner pole left to fit the last trunk section over, which meant I couldn’t install the last shelf. I had to take it apart and loosen several of the inner rods to regain height, which made me worry about the stability again. But once it came together it looked great and was surprisingly stable.Sturdiness: I lost maybe 2 leaves in the assembly process, but after that the tree has remained intact. It holds up to being jumped on to by my cat, the shelves are super sturdy.Butterscotch likes to lounge in it and watch the birds from behind the leaves. It’s so cute when I find him napping in the tree or on the base. Because he loves it so much and it looks so good in my space I’m willing to overlook the few problems I had with assembly and give it a 5 star rating

Sturdy base & looks nice
My cats love this tree. They can feel like they are hiding in the branches and while watching all of the backyard critters. I didn’t use all of the leave branches on the tree so that my cats could be next to each other and see out the window.Last week a hummingbird came right up to the window and tried to get to the leaves.***Note- the top tier, the pole either needs to be longer or the “tree bark” needs to be shorter. It was too wobbly. I modified mine- I cut the “tree bark” and used 2” x4” between the tier and the “tree bark” to make the tier sturdy.

Very Nice but Slightly Aggravating to Assemble
I bought this cat tree, along with similar cat shelves (which I have not tested yet due to moving soon) in order to liven up my living room and add some greenery. Overall, I am really happy with it and my cat Mitzi seems to love the leaves and is already biting at them only after 5 minutes since I finished assembly. There are a few things, however, that are bothering me about the cat tree.1. During assembly, I had a horrible time putting the first tier of the cat tree and had to have help removing it several times in order to make it stable. There are these long metal rods that screw in between each tier along with some connectors (sort of lack bolts) that join each rod in the cat tree. I had an awful time securing them, especially since I had to hold the rods while turning each tier to secure them, which is almost impossible due to the trunks you have to layer over them. Because of these difficulties, it took me around 5 separate tries and around 2 1/2 hours to complete assembly. It will be noted that some of this was my fault because in a state of frustration, I did a few things wrong and had to backup a few times. I will say, however, that the directions are really simple and it even provides a link to a YouTube video that gives you visual aid when putting it together. The directions were not an issue, just the parts themselves.2. The tree itself does concern me because it is slightly wobbly but I'm used to that with my current cat tree and my cats love that one. The wobble is only noticeable if you put a lot of weight on it, so heavy cats may have some issues with it. I've been a little paranoid about it, especially since the only thing supporting it are the metal rods in the center of the tree, so I've been testing it several times over the day and it does not seem like it's getting worse. I think it will be fine but I will continue to watch over it the next few months and give an update.3. This is just personal preference but the tree is really wide and that doesn't change very much at you reach the top of the tree. I was hoping that the tree would lessen in width more as it got to the top so it would resemble a tree more. I just wanted to point that out because I didn't really get the best view of that in the reviews that I viewed prior to my purchase. This doesn't really change my liking of it, it's just something to note if that is important to anyone.Other than the problems I have stated, I think the cat tree is win for me as of now. There is plenty space for multiple and large cats and my own seem to really love it. They even played with it as I was putting it together and taking it out of the box. It is nice to look at and doesn't really distract you or take up much space, about as much as a typical cat tree. It also helps my cats stay away from my actual plants in the house, so that's nice. I'll give an update if anything changes.

More ideal for small-medium sized cats
We have 5 cats but only 2 like the tree. They seem to have issues climbing up the levels. They different levels just don't seem to be wide enough with a large enough indent to make climbing easier. My cat that loves it is medium sized but even she sometimes falls out trying to climb to the top. Most of the time she just jumps from our console to the top. She loves the "leaves" too. Another of our cats will only get on the second level—again, jumping straight up instead of climbing. I saw these on action at a cat cafe and the cats there loved them so I thought we'd give it a try. I agree with others that say they could be a bit more sturdy but they're still pretty good and assembly was pretty easy. I also get lots of compliments on it from people who come to visit. I just wish our other 3 cats liked it more...

Fun cat tree
This is a really good cat tree. It's on the pricey side, but my cat loves it. She hides behinds the leaves and then pops out to surprise you. It's a quality product that was easy to put together. The fake leaves were the hardest part, just push down on them. They can be easily adjusted. Its more a of fun cat tree. Wait for a sale if you can't afford the regular price, it really is worth it.

Unique and eye pleasing
Although pricy, this cat tree is unique anda beauty. Considering how many years we will have this, I would think this is worth the price. My kitty took to it immediately and likes to nap inside. I might tie ropes around the inside "bark" so he could use it as a scratch post too. The organe leaves are a nice change and bring vibrancy to my home. Thank you for so much for this! Love it!!!
