These are a good flavor, but a bit too sweet for my liking to be having on a daily basis. They sure are tasty but how much of it is sugar and how much is elderberry? They are a good supplement to add to your daily diet, I am just considering whether or not I actually need this in a gummy form. On the plus side, these are not sticky, so you don’t have to worry about having to separate multiple gummy’s that are stuck together when you don’t want to put your hands on any but the ones that you were actually going to take.

These gummies give you the extra vitamin c, zinc and elderberry to help your immune system. The gummies are USA made and have a good taste to them, compared to the hard mineral tablets these vitamins usually come in. The recommended dosage is four and we spread out over the day. I have already purchased another bottle to take with me when I travel as airports are tough on your immune system. These vitamins also contain in their organic ingredients: Aronie berry, Embic, Ehinacea, Rosemary, and Guava.

Cannot beat this price for the dream combo for personal immunity - sambucus (elderberry), zinc and Vitamin C! Tastes great and the gummies make it easy to stay on top of your health theough the winter months. Highly recommend- ingredients look solid and not gotten sick yet!

Excellent flavor and good quality, my only complaint would be that they disappear so quickly! The recommended serving is 4 gummies, so this bottle only has 15 servings! I know kids get the "back to school yuck" this time of year, so I wanted to help fortify my son's immune system. He's been fine and half his class has been out sick already! I guess we need to get more of these. He is happy to take them because they taste so good.

It tastes okay, but you have to get multiple bottles to get a whole month of consumption.

I guess I haven't caught any illness since taking these, but I'm not sure if it is due to these supplements. They taste amazing though, but since you have to take 4 a day the bottle doesn't last long

I really like these, but it says to take four of them and I do not want to use it all too soon. If we take care of ourselves by strengthening our immune system, we can avoid becoming ill or recover sooner.
