Hilft wirklich...kann ich nur empfehlen
Ich kenne diese Rolle bereits, durch meine Physitherapeutin, habe diese schon in weicherer Form...da die weiche Rolle mir nichts mehr brachte...hab ich diese härtere geholt und ich muss sagen...da geht noch was, meine Verklebungen zu lösen. Es ist zwar etwas schmerzhaft...aber wenn die Verklebungen sich immer mehr lösen, tut es weniger weh. Die Schmerzen signalisieren eigentlich nur, dass die Verklebungen noch da sind. Durch diese Rolle hab ich auch schon an Gewicht verloren...was für mich zusätzlich noch ein +Punkt ist. Fazit: 100%tige Kaufempfehlung!!!

Gut für Sportler
Die härtere Rolle ist genau das, was mir die normale Rolle nicht bieten konnte. Sie ist deutlich härter und bietet mir als Radfahrer genau die Entspannung und Massage, welche meine Muskulatur nach einer längeren Tour benötigt. Mit der normalen Rolle konnte ich den gewünschten Effekt nicht erreichen. Die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist zudem sehr gut. Kann sie nur empfehlen.
