These are great quality and I appreciate the variety in size functionally it works great for cutting any vegetables or meat and I’d love that there’s a grip on the backside for safety so that it doesn’t slip while you cut. It’s great for storage. You can literally roll it up and shove it in your tiniest drawer and it’s great in the dishwasher.

These are pretty nice for how inexpensive and light they are. Its really convenient to be able to throw them in a cabinet or a drawer and have them fit perfectly in there. They do warp a bit but if you have ever encountered thin plastic its expected. That's on you. The color is nice and neutral. They do scratch fairly quickly, but again they are inexpensive. They are super easy to clean.

I love these cutting boards for these reasons: - They squeeze neatly into small spaces, taking up zero space. - They slide into the dishwasher, taking up zero space. - They're sturdy. -The assorted sizes are convenient for cutting a lemon to a large variety of vegetables for a big pot of soup. -They are flexible so you can slightly fold them, vegetables inside, and pour your chopped vegetables into your pot. -Then, after you have used them every day for a year or two, they are inexpensive enough to replace.

The quality is excellent. It is dishwasher safe and scratch-resistant. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased this set to supplement my hardwood butcher block cutting board after seeing a documentary about bacteria that remains on cutting boards despite thorough scrubbing. I liked that there are 3 mats, 1 each for fish, meats and fruits & vegetables. They are light weight and easily lifted to bend to transfer cut food. However, the texture of the mats is unpleasant to touch, rather like sandpaper or sharkskin. There is enough texture that it makes it difficult to cut all the way through food, often leaving a thin depth of uncut food, enough to prevent achieving completely separate pieces of food.. As the point of the mats is to provide a cutting surface, that makes them less than useful. The strange texture holds a thin film of food, requiring a lot of scrubbing to clean and they are prone to staining.

Great value buy. Easy to clean, easy to store and three different sizes are very practical. Grip on the back helps with use.

These are ok. They do seem to warp easily and slide around if you don’t put a towel or something under it. I probably wouldn’t purchase again- but they are fine for now.

knives still leave marks in them but not as bad as other ones I have had

I just received these mats yesterday and tried them last night. I'm completely impressed! They're thicker than everything else out there and they grip the butcher block I was using beautifully. They held up to my initial use with my 10" Victorinox chef's knife and were very easy to clean. I was hesitant to purchase at the higher price point but these cutting mats are actually very well made and great quality. I don't mind paying extra when the quality is there. I highly recommend this product.
