Brush is good
Product is fine, slimmer than the older sonicare brush that failed. This one has USB charger although you need an adapter for the wall plug, it is easier for travelling.Mis-leading flyer in box advertising a "free" brush, actually requires you to sign up for a subscription service, charges $.01 to credit card, should be able to cancel after 1st brush receivedDelivery was delayed for several days after shipment, I assume this was an Amazon issue.

Totally worth it!
Incredible purchase. I had a philips sonic care from 11 years ago and it finally died on me. I did some research, but couldn’t find the battery to replace it with. My husband also had a philips sonic care, but it was a different model. It didn’t die, however, it started going wonky when he would turn it on. The metal piece that you put the brush head on started getting loose and it was like putting a drill inside your mouth. This is a great deal because you get two ! I had my UV cleaner/charger from 11 years ago that has been just as reliable. Bought another because we travel. Now we have two of everything and even an extra travel case. Am I bragging now? Sounds like it... anyways. If you are looking to make an investment in your oral health- look no further! Totally worth the money you spend. Plus you can register each handle and get the two year warranty. Win-win!!

Excellent Electric Toothbrush
These are probably the best electric toothbrushes out their. You could spend more on some of the ones they sell, but I believe you're getting the very best performance out of these brushes.

Warning: No Wall Adapter Included
I have not actually turned it on and used it yet. But I was very happy with my previous Sonicare Toothbrush. However, this one came with only a USB cord and no way to plug it into the wall. You can go online and they will send you a free one...at least I am hoping they will follow through with this promise. BUT IT WAS NOT PLEASANT MAKING THE REQUEST ON THEIR SITE. In the meantime I can't charge it up...so still waiting to see how it works.

Just ok
These were replacements for our previous toothbrushes that wore out. I could not find the same model so ordered these. We do not like them near as well. They don’t seem to brush as well and we can’t tell when it is time to change to another area.

So-so
They work fine, but they don't 100% fit the base. There's always a tiny gap btwn the bottom of the head & the base.

The timer is not user friendly.
They divide ur mouth into 6 areas. STUPID! When im using a tooth brush I want to get as much area as possible while holding it in ur hand in one position. They want u to do the inside and the outside of a group of teeth for 20 seconds thene repeat the process on another group of teeth. GOOD NIGHT! Constantly switching positions in ur hand use half the timers time and NOT ACTUALLY CLEANING UR TEETH ! WHO THE HELL DESIGNED THAT ! ?The old sonicare gave u got 4, 30 sec times so u can do out side lower then inside lower (before ur mouth fills up with spit and foam) then clean the upper outside then the upper inside. BAM! nice and through.Im thinkin of returning this stupid design and try to find a older sonicare toothbrush that has better program.UpDate: still upset ! On the 4th setting they do give u a 30sec x 4 timer BUT! if U apply too much pressure the software shortens it to 20 sec x 4 times. THIS IS REDICULOUS to say the least. Humans are creatures of habit so I actually brush my teeth in 4 sections and I brush each section for 30 to 35 seconds each. Ive been doing this for decades and have had ZERO CAVITIES ! So Don't tell me that im doing it wrong or im applying too much pressure or what ever. ZERO CAVITIES tell the story so I dont know what kind of whitch doctor is telling u what or what the software writers think is a "great idea" they are wrong. Please listen to a customer who has been using Sensicare toothbrush for almost 20 years. Oh yeah and guess what? If u press too hard on ur teeth when ur brushing it burns due to friction. If the customers complain about pain they should take lessons but dont try to incorporate some leam software to guard against the ignorant. If I had my way the timer would be set to 40 seconds x 4 plus 4-10 second times for the brushing of the crowns. Remember I have had ZERO CAVITIES FOR OVER 20 YEARS.

Meh - Handles are real weak
Ok, so these are not the same as the ones in Costco if you have a membership, go get any of those (I tried to 2 top models one set was double the price, and the 2nd tier was actually the same price but they had a sale so it was cheaper), their handles are the higher models and are much stronger. The handles on the Amazon model feel almost like a cheap knock-off. There is no weight to them there is no grip just lightweight plastic. The higher models of the Philips line are weighted, have a rubber grip, and are substantially more powerful. Amazon handles are 4900, the Costo ones are HX's. These also do not have the plug end of it, they are just USB connectors. Costo ones have a real plug. Just be aware of what you are purchasing, if you are like me and had the HX's to start with, this model just will not do or compare. If you never tried the Philips brand, this model will be sufficient, however, if your budget allows, I would definitely get the sets with the stronger handles, they are infinitely better at cleaning and you WILL notice the difference.
