Disappointed
I purchased 4 for my family with a picture of the family matriarch that just passed away. 2 of them the ball with the picture fell off and got lost. Now they’re scared to use them in fear of losing the picture

There is no picture to be seen in the bracelet. This was suppose to be a gift for a friend who just lort her mom.
