Perfect for Neighborhood riding
We live an area where bike theft is typically a lazy person just "borrowing" your bike because they don't want to walk. You just have to go find it later. This lock stops the lazy people. It's not going to stop anyone with cutters. But that works for us and it makes it light weight. My daughter loves the fun color and the fact she got to pick her own combination.

Num lock pad is good but the lock seems weak
The num lock is very smooth and easy to set up. However i am little skeptical about the strength of the lock. The wire is not that thick and the joint between the wire and the num lock seems weakest.

Love the look
Easy to work, I did have to send the white one back for a replacement because it came locked and the code to open it was not working. Replacement worked just fine! Came quickly!

very useful
My son just started riding his bike to the bus stop. I let him pick out one of these to prevent it from getting stolen. This $8 lock is such a great purchase to prevent having to replace a $100 bike. It did seem a little cheaper feeling material compared to what I had as a kid but for $8 shouldn’t complain.
