I love these! Occasionally, I go off script with my diet and take these. The pill size doesn't bother me because I've taken other brands and with these, I know the carbs are blocked because of how I go to the bathroom. It's not right after for me, maybe like a few hours later. So, I have time to go out, enjoy myself and get back home. I have a super sensitive stomach, but it doesn't bother me much at all 🤗 I order several different items from this brand for years!
