MAGIC JOHN 2 Pack for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Screen Protector, 6.8 inch

With some issues, I successfully applied this screen protector to my Samsung S23 Ultra cell phone. Before I purchased it, and after, I watched several You Tube instructional videos. One in particular included a practice not mentioned in the manufacturer video, and it was the difference between failure and total success. The installation tray aligned the screen protector perfectly. After working through the installation steps, cleaning the screen and using the tacky card, I applied the screen protector and used the squeeze card. There were at least 80 plus air bubbles, and the squeeze card did nothing to move them. Frustrated, I took my x-acto knife and popped a couple bubbles. This was of no benefit. So, I used the x-acto knife to get under the upper right corner of the screen protector and pulled it back diagonally over half of the way back and holding it up, I slowly – slowly, used my thumb to work its way diagonally toward the upper right corner of the phone, getting all the air out as I went. Mostly success, but there was still an air bubble there because I did not pull the screen protector back far enough. I did it again. Perfecto! I then did the upper left corner, lower right and lower left similarly. I am so pleased. When I look at my phone screen, I have no distractions because of imperfections, and the only way one would know there is a screen protector on it is because of the perfectly aligned U around the front facing camera. I’m not a pro, but the screen protector seems thicker than others I’ve considered or purchased in the past. The finger print sensor works well, maybe not perfectly but I have no trouble using it. I see an upgraded version, maybe with supposedly improved finger print sensor technology, but I cannot judge that. Touch sensitivity is excellent; no issues with swiping and opening apps. Don’t forget to set up your finger print biometrics before applying the screen.

I dont usually give e reviews. If I leave one it means I was really impressed and this is the case with this product. I have used numerous screen protectors and never been 100% happy either with the install (always air bubbles) or how long it last or glass protectors cracking. This is the second time I ha e purchased these and I cannot rave enough. Easiest install ever. Watch the video! Do exactly as instructions say and no troubles or bubbles. Smooth and covers the curve edge. Finger print works with no problem. These last forever and no scratches or cracks. I tell everyone about them. The best

Tried this after a glass cover came without the camera hole punched out and made me realize they use a big patch of very visible glue where the finger print sensor is. I didn't want to try a non glass cover as all the ones I had used in the past were tpm that feels a bit sticky, not smooth like glass. Initial impressions: Likes: - You don't notice it is installed unless you are looking for it (like at the edges or the camera cutout). No big glue spot like on glass options for this model. - Feels smooth like glass, not rough and sticky like the plastic protectors I've tried in the past. - Install tools made installation mostly painless (but not complete) vs what might have happened without them. - Touch (with the sensitivity settings turned on to high for screen protectors) works just as well as it did before the cover. Fingerprints set without the cover were still working but I had to press harder. I re-registered them and they now all work just as quickly, with the same level of touch, as they did before the cover. Don't like: - Had number of bubbles at the edges of the screen and no trick would push them out. Only way I as able to fix it was to use the harder plastic sheet from the cover to pry up the edge a bit to be able to use the tool to smooth it down without trapped air. The instructions need to be improved about how to deal with the bubbles instead of pretending that following the instructions will not result in any or that they can be worked out with the tool. They can be corrected but they need to show folks how to do it (without getting finger oils under the protector). - Marketing claims here about it being any less susceptible to finger oil collection are false as is the stunningly stupid "explosion proof". Bubble free is also false in the implication that you won't get any on install but would be correct if they would include the instructions on how to properly remove the ones you do get. Don't Know Yet: - Will the edges start to peel up as was the case with the old tpm films I used a long time ago? - Will it help with glass break risk? Not sure I will ever know this but I suspect that this will do a very good job at protecting it against all the micro scratches it would get, but will not do nearly as much as a glass cover would do in terms of protecting the screen from breaking from an impact.

They give you two but you only need one. I've never had a screen protector that was this easy, effortless, and perfectly installed. No bubbles, no dust, perfectly aligned, and even a dummy like me could figure it out. This isn't the Magic John you see on TikTok with the dustfree installation strip, but it's really amazing how easy it was to install, and again, zero bubbles and no dust. Couldn't be happier.

This is the real deal. The film is the thicker, older style that show no tracks when using a pen. Installation is best in class. Best frame for alignment, large squeegee. Cleaning alcohol wipe is as large as the phone vs some other brands that provide a stamp size wipes that leave fibers.

Even after carefully following the video installation instructions, there were numerous bubbles on my phone's screen that could not be smoothed away. As a side note, any protective case on the phone must be removed prior to installation of this screen protector. UPDATE: I originally gave this 2 stars, but changed it to 5 stars because after several days, most of the bubbles have disappeared, and the screen protector is working well. It feels kind of rubbery compared to glass screen protectors, but this is not noticeable if you don't touch it with your fingernails. With this flexible ceramic substance, my hope is that it will absorb impacts during phone drops and not chip and crack like glass screen protectors do.

The screen sensitivity decreases slightly at times, and it feels a bit thick, like a plastic bag covering the screen. But the installation kit made it very easy.

The instructions need to be improved about how to deal with the bubbles instead of pretending that following the instructions will not result in any or that they can be worked out with the tool. - After 2 weeks my screen started to have bubbles along the edge of the screen but I was able to push them out and it has stayed adhered to my phone since. - My 10 month old likes to play with my phone and bite it and because of him biting it he has left some indentations on it from his teeth and I have put indents on it from my fingernails. Overall it is a good protector and will protect your phone screen from getting scratches but it is a plastic protector and will not keep your screen from breaking so just keep that in mind. I do recommend this one because out of all the plastic protectors I have bought this is the best one by far.

So I'm going to be honest. I did not set the expectation high on this. I WAS WRONG! So, installation was foolishly easy. I did it in bad conditions. High dust and animal hair environment. A cat literally was pawing at the phone in the install kit cradle. The results turned out perfect. Not good. Not great. Not excellent. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT install! Less than 5 minutes. View the YouTube video. Make notes on when you can and how to work the screen protector down. Start from the middle and work your way to the edge pushing any bubbles out. I did rush and got 3 very tiny air bubbles at the edges but worked them at various angles and they popped out the edge and resealed. That was MY error. Again a perfect install. FEEL IS FABULOUS. I actually like it better than the tempered glass I had prior. That's saying a lot. The construction feels durable as well. It's as close to tempered glass without the drama of using the glue. I prefer this better to glue down tempered glass. If durability suffers I will update and adjust my review accordingly but 10 minutes after initial install I can say YOU SHOULD BUY MAGIC JOHN PRODUCTS. For full disclosure I removed my expensive tempered glass because regardless how well that install went the edges would lift. They would develop stress or pressure cracks for no reason. I'm not talking one glass protector, 5 over the last year. This is much much better.

Very awesome I actually brought this as id already cracked screen and wanted to prevent further damage. This product is 100% Easy to install and would be the best on the market for samsung s23 ultra. I do recommend highly, no bubbles on application and if instructions are followed your done in 2 mins

J'étais tanné des TPU et je déteste les écrans en verre avec le trou pour le lecteur d'empreintes. Cette protection est super facile à installer. Si vous faites attention, vous n'aurez pas de bulles. J'ai hâte de voir la durabilité.
