This versatile olive oil is just as good as many more expensive options.
Let me start by saying the only thing I’m not happy about is the plastic bottle. On the other hand, if it were glass, this would be too heavy to lift.It’s a great bargain, and I simply decant it into a 1 L size bottle.The flavor goes with everything. It’s not strong, and it’s not flavorless. Perfect for almost anything. I’m going to use it for. If you’re an olive oil aficionado, and you’re looking for something to dip bread into, you may prefer a fancier brand. For me, this works perfectly.

Not as good as it used to be
I used to love the Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil that had a wonderful fragrance of fresh apples and was great to cook with. When I ran out, I recently purchased it again and found that this olive oil had changed, both in fragrance and how it elevated anything I cooked. I hope Colavita goes back to the olive oil that had this fresh fragrance of fresh apples. I would have rated it a 5. However, whatever fairly recent change Colavita made to this product is not for the best.Sadly, I must now try to find a different extra virgin olive oil.

Expiration date in 12 weeks!
Oil CANNOT be returned. Prime delivery was great. Product was fine but it expires in 12 weeks. I'll never use 51 fl ounces in this short time.
