Cute. I do recommend
Nice visual for my child to learn his emotions. We use puffy stickers to identify what feeling he is currently experiencing. They peel off easy due to the lamination. Used for in home therapy.

No Lamination
Great concept good idea, NOT LAMINATED AT ALL, one side is just glossy paper the other just just standard card stock. They sent it in the package with sticky dots, cool, but the stick dots don't do well in the traveling heat to I lost about half to the packaging, still enough to put it up. Regardless, the only lie here is the lamination, the rest is just fine

As a mom who's been through a fair bit of emotional vocabulary therapy with the kids, I’d say this poster is a really solid intro-level tool. It’s great for developing learners just starting to learn how to name their feelings. The characters are cute and approachable, and the whole layout feels warm and friendly—not clinical or overwhelming. The coping strategies are gentle and simple: things like deep breathing and asking for help. If your kids are already well-versed in these skills, it may feel a bit basic—but that’s not a bad thing. Not every child needs a 3-page chart to explain “frustrated.” For kids just starting out, or for families looking for an easy way to talk about feelings without launching into a full therapy session, it hits the right notes. The conversation starters are helpful, and the visuals really draw kids in. That said, for kids who already have a wide emotional vocabulary, this might not go deep enough—it’s more “big feelings 101” than a full curriculum. The only resource I've seen with more nuance was something custom-designed by our therapy assistant. Size-wise, it’s a sweet spot—big enough to hang on the wall and be read without squinting, but not so large that it dominates the room. You won’t be referencing it from across the classroom, but it works well in cozy reading corners or at eye level for kids. ✅ Pros: Designed for developing minds learning to name big feelings Friendly design with simple, age-appropriate visuals Encourages healthy coping habits through relatable prompts Durable and easy to hang Works well at home, in classrooms, or therapy spaces ❌ Cons: A bit basic for older kids or those with prior emotional learning Size is practical, but not readable from across a room Would benefit from a few more nuanced feelings or definitions

The product is great but sadly Amazon or whoever packages it does not ensure it is packaged correctly which in turn causes a damaged product. Not very impressed. I was attempting to replace it but Amazon didn’t have any more let. Disappointed ☹️

I think this poster is too expensive. It’s worth $5 at most.
