Have to wear this upside down, otherwise it digs in my ribs... it's not really suitable for short wasted ladies, unless you do this. Saying that, once it is worn like that, it is brilliant... best training belt that I have ever had.

The service provided was good and the seller was very responsive to emails. For me, I found the belt wasn't a very good fit It is good quality and I'm are it would be comfortable if it fit.Perhaps because I have a relatively small waist and larger hips for my size, this could be why it didn't fit very well. I am a size 8-10 for those who are wondering! Whenever I squat, it just rides up! But like I said, this isn't the sellers fault!
