This book was very helpful with repairs for my car. I was able to reference the 1990 section and apply it for repairs.

The book is a miss print Repair manual 1969 to 1990 it only goes up to 1981 I needed 1984 Chev Haynes Chev automotive manual

Don't lie on description

I thought I was buying a new book but it was used

The vendor described this book as new and it was definitely not new. If it was it was in pretty sad shape, but for the price compared to a new one, it was still worth it. I see this all the time working for Amazon, where a vendor describes a product as something other than its true state. Just becuase something is being discounted deeply does not warrant one falsafying the description!

Somewhat disappointed as the manual is very generic. My vehicle is a 1989 model and much of the data pertains to earlier years. What material there was is already available in the owners manual. Most of what I was looking for was not there and I actually found that on line from YouTube. As an example changing rear light bulbs was not at all how it is done.

Besitze eine 1988er Caprice.Haynes Repair manual ist ein erstklassiges Nachschlagwerk, super bebildert (Photographien) und verständlich erklärt.Habe mir noch zusätzlich im Kombiangebot Chilton's Total Car Care Repair Manuals gekauft.Dieses besitzt hauptsächlich Zeichnungen - auch nicht schlecht.Beide zusammen, und man kann jedes Problemchen an seinem Wagen beheben.Empfehlung: 100/100, 5 Sterne, Daumen nach oben, 1A++
